Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 6 PM may be processed the next working day.
During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-demand launches, processing times may extend.
Wild Woolly reserves the right to delay dispatch in case of stock verification, address confirmation, or suspicious transactions.
2. SHIPPING TIMELINE
Estimated delivery timeline:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Wild Woolly shall not be liable for delays caused by:
Courier partner delays
Weather conditions
Natural calamities
Government restrictions
Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping offers (if any) are subject to promotional terms.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.
4. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner:
Risk of loss and title passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
Delivery shall be considered complete when the courier marks the package as delivered.

Delivery accepted by another person at the address
Delays due to unreachable phone number

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD orders may require telephonic confirmation before dispatch.
If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted.
Repeated COD refusal may result in account blacklisting.

6. UNDELIVERED / RETURNED SHIPMENTS
